Naphanny Saim is a partner at Athipa Law Firm. Prior to co-founding the firm, she worked at DBLS Law Group. She has been very active with the Cambodian bar pro bono program which allows her to represent and defend clients at all levels of courts throughout the country. Ms. Saim's practice focuses on litigation, general corporate, commercial contracts and legal compliance. She is an alumnus of a global scholarship program, DLA Piper. She received special trainings and furthered her study at Said Business School, Oxford University, the United Kingdom and Keio Institute for Global Law and Development, Keio University, Japan. Ms. Saim's is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
